Public Affairs Specialist
As a Public Affairs Specialist, you will:
- Plan, develop and execute special events for new coin and medal programs and programs highlighting the Mint's mission and history.
- Draft and edit talking points, speeches, scripts, articles, press releases, event announcements, displays, and other types of multi-media presentations, including PowerPoint, consistent with bureau messages and priorities.
- Use a variety of methods and techniques to achieve communication goals such as personal appearances, presentations, exhibits, newsletters, brochures, pamphlets, social media posts, etc.
- Be responsible for all Social Media content management, working alongside other Mint divisions such as Sales and Marketing, to develop cohesive, consistent messaging.
