Qualifications Experience: You qualify for the GS-14 grade level if you possess 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as: Leading a team in planning and executing organization-wide social media campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and effective public engagement across multiple platforms. Advising senior leadership on communication strategies by analyzing public feedback and monitoring reactions to organizational initiatives, policies, and events. Developing and implementing social media content strategies using platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram, resulting in increased audience engagement and improved public understanding of key programs. Evaluating the effectiveness of digital communication efforts by tracking analytics and preparing reports, using findings to adjust strategies and maximize outreach impact. Training and supervising staff, setting performance goals, assigning tasks, and providing feedback to support professional development and achieve team objectives.
