Position Overview
As a BFT Performance Coach , you will lead high-energy group training sessions, deliver world-class coaching, and create an environment where members feel supported, challenged, and motivated.

You are part coach, part educator, and part leader—responsible for both client results and studio culture .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach structured group strength & conditioning sessions following BFT programming 
• Deliver high-energy, engaging coaching to groups of up to 30+ members 
• Teach and correct proper movement, technique, and exercise progressions
• Provide modifications to ensure safe and effective training for all fitness levels 
• Motivate, inspire, and build strong relationships with members 
• Drive member engagement, attendance, and retention through exceptional coaching 
• Support studio growth through community building and member experience
• Attend team meetings, training, and ongoing education sessions

Qualifications

Required:

• Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Physical Education, or related field
  
  
  OR
• Nationally recognized certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, etc.) 
• Current CPR/AED certification 

Preferred:

• Experience coaching group fitness, strength & conditioning, or athletic performance 
• Background in sports, athletics, or performance training 
• CSCS or equivalent certification
