The adjunct faculty member creates and maintains an effective learning environment in the modalities of the courses assigned, be they face-to-face, hybrid, online, or within the context of dual credit instruction. All faculty members are expected to maintain familiarity with and adhere to College policies and procedures. Required Education All faculty members must provide minimum Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) credential standards which normally include a Master’s degree with 18 graduate semester credit hours in the teaching discipline. Required Experience Complete four years of progressive engineering experience under a PE. Preferred Education Pass the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam. Pass the Principles and Practice of Engineering (PE) exam. Preferred Experience Not specified.
