In this role, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service within our Personal Lines business by combining human connection with modern, tech-enabled solutions. Support clients with confidence and care, ensuring their personal insurance needs are understood and addressed. Handle inbound and outbound sales activity focused on small business accounts, leveraging qualified leads provided by Gallagher. Leverage Gallagher's digital tools, systems, and evolving technologies to streamline processes and enhance client experience. Collaborate closely with teammates and leaders in a fast-moving environment where ideas are welcomed, and innovation is encouraged. Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by learning, adapting, and finding smarter ways to work. About You

Required qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 1 year of relevant insurance experience. P&C Insurance licensing required. Preferred: Exceptional communication, adaptability, continuous improvement mindset, team player, tech-savvy curiosity.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
