Job Overview Product Manager – Investment Reporting & Client Experience LPL Financial is seeking a Product Manager to help guide and evolve advisor- and client-facing investment reporting experiences. This role focuses on reporting, statements, and investment insights, and works at the intersection of business needs, technology solutions, and client experience. As a key contributor, you will represent the perspectives of advisors, clients, and internal partners while guiding product strategy and execution. You will collaborate closely with engineering, operations, marketing, and other stakeholders to deliver enhancements that support clarity, usability, transparency, and client satisfaction. Responsibilities Guide product strategy, roadmap planning, and execution for investment reporting and statement platforms Develop knowledge of the functionality, usage, and architecture of statement production and distribution systems Review, organize, and prioritize enhancement requests, feature ideas, and defect resolution efforts Gather and synthesize feedback from advisors, clients, and internal partners to inform product decisions Create and maintain business requirements documents, epics, features, and user stories Partner with engineering teams throughout planning, development, testing, and release activities Collaborate with marketing and communications teams on product positioning and launch activities Support product releases, adoption initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts Consider client needs, regulatory requirements, and business goals in product decision-making What We’re Looking For You bring a client-focused mindset and enjoy working across teams to deliver thoughtful, practical product solutions. You are comfortable navigating changing priorities, working through ambiguity, and translating complex needs into clear, actionable outcomes. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience Experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role Experience within financial services, investment management, or banking environments Experience working with Agile product practices, including backlog management and roadmap planning Experience translating business needs into business requirements documents, user stories, and product specifications Core Competencies Client-centered approach with the ability to represent user and business perspectives Analytical and data-informed problem-solving skills Clear written and verbal communication Ability to collaborate across teams and manage stakeholder relationships Comfort working within regulated and complex environments Preferences Experience with investment reporting, client statements, or performance analytics solutions Familiarity with statement production, data platforms, or large-scale client communications systems Pay Range: $120,098.00 - $200,232.00 Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
