No previous insurance experience is necessary. We are happy to train the right person! This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent customer service skills who wants to learn the insurance industry and build a long-term career with opportunities for growth. What You’ll Do Greet customers and create a welcoming, professional experience in our office Answer incoming phone calls and assist with general customer needs Make outbound calls to customers regarding payments and account follow-up Schedule appointments for customers and our team Assist with basic administrative and office responsibilities Help direct customer questions to the appropriate team member Maintain accurate and organized customer information Provide friendly, professional, and attentive customer service Learn about insurance products, processes, and our agency operations What We’re Looking For Excellent customer service and communication skills Friendly, positive, and professional attitude Dependable and punctual Organized and comfortable multitasking Comfortable speaking with customers in person and over the phone Willingness to learn and grow Ability to work well in a team environment Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred No previous insurance experience required Schedule Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM This is a full-time, in-office position.
