Join Our Team as a Machine Operator in Maple Grove, MN!
Are you a mechanically inclined individual with a passion for manufacturing? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your skills are valued? If so, we want you to join our team as a Machine Operator!

 
Schedules and Pay Rates:
1st Shift: 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM, Monday - Friday OR 5:30am - 4pm  Monday -Thursday

Pay: $19.00/hour

Summer hours: the company is currently working 5:30am-3pm Mon-Thurs, and 5:30am-9:30am on Fridays for the summer. 

 
What You'll Do:
As a Machine Operator, you'll play a vital role in our production process. You'll operate and maintain machinery, ensuring we produce high-quality products efficiently and safely. Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating automatic and semi-automatic equipment.
• Setting up tooling and performing basic equipment repairs.
• Troubleshooting equipment issues.
• Inspecting products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Following all safety procedures.

 
What You'll Need:

• 1-2+ years of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Machine setup and calibration experience
• Experience reading blueprints, using precision measurement tools, and preventative maintenance.
• Problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to work efficiently and meet production standards.
• Ability to learn and cross-train on a variety of machines.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Steel-toe shoes required
