Warehouse Lead

Team Lead – Fulfillment Operations Spreetail is an ecommerce company focused on global market share and operational efficiencies. Responsibilities Recognize, mentor, and provide training and development to optimize performance, and create organizational depth and individual growth. Track production metrics, utilize data to develop strategies for continuous improvement and report to management. Perform other duties as assigned, rotate to other shifts/departments, and work extended hours and holidays as needed. Expectation to arrive at least 30 minutes early and remain at least 30 minutes at end of shift to complete pass downs, reports, and timecard review. Qualifications Team member experience in either Inbound or Outbound fulfillment operations. Understand safety procedures, ensure safe working practices, and document accidents/incidents timely. Drive results and approach obstacles proactively by prioritizing appropriately to meet deadlines. Assist the fulfillment center manager and area manager with the establishment of long-term operational strategic plans. Compensation $21.50 – $21.50 an hour. Base pay starts at $21 per hour and may vary by geographic location and experience. Equity, sign‑on payments, and additional compensation may be offered as part of a total compensation package.
