Summary of Job Duties:

Lead daily nursing operations, ensuring efficient staffing, development, budgeting, patient satisfaction, professional growth, and quality outcomes.

Collaborate with regional leadership to align clinical operations with UAMS goals, payer requirements, government regulations, and internal performance metrics.

Implement and uphold the organization's vision, mission, philosophy, core values, evidence-based practices, and nursing support services.

Practice within the scope and standards of UAMS, the American Nurses Association, and Nursing's Social Policy Statement.

Drive continuous improvement in patient experience, safety, and clinical quality metrics.

Develop staffing plans, manage budgets, and monitor resource utilization.

Foster a culture of professional development, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration.

Ensure compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Salary Information: Commensurate with education and experience
