Role Description The Night Auditor at Residence Inn by Marriott in Weston, FL is a full-time, on-site role responsible for overseeing the front desk operations during overnight hours. This role includes handling guest check-ins and check-outs, processing reservations, and responding to guest inquiries and requests. The Night Auditor completes nightly audit procedures, balances and posts charges, reconciles accounts, and prepares end-of-day reports to ensure accurate financial records. Additional responsibilities include managing cash handling procedures, maintaining a safe and welcoming lobby environment, and coordinating with other hotel departments to support smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Receptionist Duties and Reservations skills, including check-in/check-out processes and efficient booking management. Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with guests and team members. Candidates should possess accurate Cash Handling skills, including processing payments, balancing cash drawers, and following financial procedures. Attention to detail, basic math and computer skills, and familiarity with hotel property management systems are beneficial. Ability to work overnight shifts, remain calm under pressure, and follow safety and security protocols is required.
