What You'll Do:

• Assist with electrophysiology procedures mainly using Affera PFA systems and Biosense Webster RFA
• Prepare and operate EP lab equipment and assist during procedures
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures
• Maintain accurate documentation in EHR systems (Excellian/Epic)
• Collaborate with cardiology clinicians and lab staff to ensure smooth workflow
• Adhere to hospital protocols for infection control and safety standards

What You Need:

• Valid ACLS and BLS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of EP lab experience; first-timers are welcome
• Strong technical skills and familiarity with EP systems (preferred but not required)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work every 5th weekend and be on short call (4 hours) weekly

About the Assignment:

This position is located at a short-term acute care hospital with 672 beds, recognized as a Magnet facility offering teaching and Level III trauma services. The EP lab environment is equipped with advanced systems and provides a dynamic setting for experienced techs to make a difference in patient care. Parking is available at a flat rate of $0.55/hour.
