Sr. Accountant

Overview Senior Accountant will support the Accounting Manager with month-end close activities, financial analysis, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance in a dynamic healthcare environment. This role requires strong full-cycle accounting knowledge and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Responsibilities Oversee the month-end and quarter-end close process to ensure accurate, timely, and GAAP-compliant financial results Perform monthly balance sheet account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial statements Prepare and review monthly bank reconciliations Prepare month-end accruals and supporting analyses to identify missing or misclassified expenses Prepare and post journal entries to support accurate reporting under cash and accrual accounting frameworks Assist with audit and tax preparation Prepare and reconcile intercompany transactions Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field CPA or equivalent professional certification is strongly preferred Minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting role Proficiency in journal entries, variance analysis, and assisting with audits Strong understanding of GAAP and other applicable accounting standards and regulations Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide meaningful insights About the Company We are a well-established commercial roofing contractor specializing in roof installation, replacement, repair, and preventative maintenance for commercial and industrial properties. #J-18808-Ljbffr
