Role Overview

As an Audit Staff Accountant, you'll work alongside managers and partners on a variety of audit engagements, gaining hands-on experience throughout the audit process while building a strong foundation in public accounting.

In this role, you will:

• Assist with financial audits for clients across multiple industries
• Perform audit fieldwork and review financial records and documentation
• Communicate with clients and collaborate with team members
• Participate in training, CPE, and ongoing professional development

This role is ideal for recent or upcoming accounting graduates looking to launch their careers with a firm that values mentorship, professional development, and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or nearing completion)
• CPA candidate or intent to pursue licensure
• Public accounting internship experience (Preferred)
• Willingness to travel and work additional hours during busy seasons
