About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Enterprise AI Enablement to lead the definition, governance, and scaling of the enterprise artificial intelligence strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving measurable business value, competitive advantage, and workforce transformation through the effective integration of AI into the global business strategy. This role requires a seasoned executive with a proven track record in enterprise-scale transformation, digital programs, and technology-enabled business initiatives. The VP will serve as the single point of accountability for AI, translating business strategies into a clear AI vision and roadmap, and will work closely with the Executive Leadership Team to align strategy and remove barriers to scale AI solutions across regions. Key responsibilities for the Vice President, Enterprise AI Enablement include designing and implementing the AI operating model, establishing governance and investment management processes, and leading the global AI use case portfolio. The role demands a leader with strong change management skills, the ability to influence senior stakeholders, and a background in AI, advanced analytics, automation, or data-driven platforms. Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or global operating models is strongly preferred. The VP will also be tasked with leading the enterprise-wide change management, AI literacy, and workforce enablement, as well as building and developing a high-performing AI organization. The ideal candidate will have a collaborative leadership style, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate with ambiguity while driving results at scale.
