Overview Registered Nurse – PACU travel assignment in Tillamook, OR, United States. Start date: 08/10/2026. Duration: 20 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,051–$2,172 per week. Guaranteed hours: 48 per week. Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for PACU patients according to established standards and the nursing process.
• Monitor post-anesthesia patients, assess changing conditions, manage pain, and respond promptly to clinical changes.
• Collect relevant data, analyze assessments, and develop and implement care plans to promote safe recovery.
• Collaborate with anesthesia, surgical teams, and other disciplines; coordinate care and communicate with patients and families.
• Support discharge planning and provide education to patients and families; delegate appropriately and supervise other nursing staff as assigned.

Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of practice (Oregon)
• CPR/BLS required; ACLS required
• Minimum two years of recent acute care or PACU experience
• BSN preferred
• EMR experience with EPIC and Cerner preferred
