Cardiology Physician OpportunityJob Id: H-MD-135503 Profession: Physician Specialty: Cardiology Job Type: Locum Tenens Location: Fort Myers, Florida Coverage Period: Nov 16, 2026 – Jun 30, 2027 Shift Schedule: Days, 8a – 5p plus after hours call Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: CoveredCoverage Dates:November 21-22November 28-29 (rounding only 8am to 5pm)December 4 (only starting at 5pm for call)December 7 (only until 8am)December 12-13December 19-20 (rounding only 8am to 5pm)December 21-25December 26-27 (rounding only 8am to 5pm)Patient Information:Rounding: IncludedRequirements:Active FL licenseActive DEAActive ACLS or BLSCompleted Lee Attestation FormClean NPBD report (within the last 6 months)Duties & Responsibilities:Provide cardiology coverage at three campuses.Perform rounding duties on patients from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on assigned dates.Provide call coverage as scheduled (e.g., December 4th 5:00 PM to December 7th 8:00 AM).Complete required orientation and submit necessary documentationAdhere to all facility policies and credentialing requirements.
