PATIENT INFORMATION

  • Rounding: Included
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide cardiology coverage at Health Park Medical Center (HPMC), Gulf Coast Medical Center (GCMC), and Cape Coral Hospital (CCH) campuses.
  • Perform rounding duties on patients from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on assigned dates.
  • Provide call coverage as scheduled (e.g., December 4th 5:00 PM to December 7th 8:00 AM).
  • Complete required orientation (up to 4 hours) and submit necessary documentation (Lee Attestation Form, updated CV, clean NPBD report).
  • Adhere to all facility policies and credentialing requirements.
