Position Overview Rosenberg & Rosenberg, P.A. is seeking a full-time Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team in our Hollywood, Florida office. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented professional with 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional client service. Responsibilities Assist attorneys with all aspects of case management throughout the litigation process. Draft, review, and file legal documents, pleadings, discovery, and correspondence. Coordinate and manage case deadlines, court filings, and calendars. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and expert witnesses. Organize and maintain case files and litigation documents. Prepare for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of litigation paralegal experience. Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and court filing requirements. Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software. FileVine preferred.
