Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal | Hollywood, FL | $60K-$70K | Full-Time, Onsite LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing plaintiff-side law firm in Hollywood, Florida searching for an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join its busy litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal who enjoys managing cases from filing through trial in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Responsibilities Manage personal injury litigation files from suit through trial Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, notices, subpoenas, discovery, and other legal documents Prepare and respond to discovery requests Organize and review medical records, billing records, and supporting evidence Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial schedules Communicate with clients, experts, witnesses, court personnel, and opposing counsel Prepare trial binders, exhibits, hearing notebooks, and case summaries Maintain litigation calendars and monitor critical deadlines Review court dockets and ensure timely follow-up on pending matters Assist attorneys with trial preparation and case management support Qualifications 5+ years of personal injury litigation paralegal experience required Plaintiff-side personal injury experience strongly preferred Experience with Filevine highly preferred Strong understanding of litigation procedures, court filings, and discovery processes Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload Detail-oriented and capable of meeting critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
