That’s where you come in!We’re looking for a Publishing Team Lead – Product & Growth to lead a small team of Publishing Managers and help turn promising mobile games into stronger, scalable products.This is a hands-on leadership role combining people management, product strategy, publishing, and portfolio ownership. You’ll lead and develop a team of 2–3 Publishing Managers while staying close to the games, external studios, player data, and key product decisions.You’ll be responsible for raising the quality of product thinking across the team, helping studios identify the right opportunities, and ensuring insights are translated into clear actions that improve game performance and player experience.What you’ll do:Lead, mentor, and develop a teamOwn product quality and priorities across multiple games and external studiosAnalyze KPIs, player behavior, gameplay, and market benchmarksTurn insights into clear product priorities, recommendations, and experimentsGuide improvements across progression, economy, monetization, content, and level designChallenge studios and your team with clear, actionable product feedbackGuide A/B tests and product iterations to improve retention, engagement, and monetizationCollaborate with Analytics, UA, Creative, QA, and ProductSurface key portfolio opportunities, risks, and performance trendsRequirements:What we’re looking for:5+ years in mobile gaming across product management, publishing, or game productionExperience leading or mentoring product/publishing professionalsStrong understanding of F2P KPIs, retention, engagement, progression, and monetizationProven experience improving games through data-driven product iterationStrong product understanding of economy, progression, content pacing, and level designExperience working with external studios or distributed teamsStrong communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management skillsExperience with hybrid-casual, puzzle, idle, arcade, or casual gamesA/B testing and analytics experience is a strong advantageYou’ll be a great fit if you’re a hands-on product leader who can develop people, challenge studios, and turn player data into better games.CrazyLabs commitmentsEmployee benefits are part of our love language.
