Job Details

• Outpatient physical therapy setting,
• Day shift schedule with 5x8-hour shifts totaling 40 hours per week,
• 30-minute meal break with automatic deduction if not clocked out,
• No on-call requirements,
• Uses InSync EMR system,

Job Requirements

• Active PT license required if applicable,
• Compact license accepted to start assignment, but full state license must be obtained shortly after start,
• Experience in the outpatient setting required,
• One professional reference required,
• SSN required for consideration,
