About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager – Audio Visual to drive sales growth across the Florida and East Coast market. This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and guiding clients through the complete sales cycle—from prospecting through successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will build long-term relationships with clients, partners, and vendors while collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver tailored AV solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities.
- Maintain a proactive hunter mentality to expand market presence.
- Manage and grow strategic client accounts.
- Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
- Consult clients on Audio Visual solutions that meet technical and business requirements.
- Develop repeat business through relationship management and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop customized solutions and proposals.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and activity updates.
- Represent the company during client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
Required Qualifications
- Proven sales experience within the Audio Visual (AV) industry .
- Strong business development ("hunter") mindset with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Experience managing multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is preferred.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support customers and business development activities.
