Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Candidate Experience & Onboarding

Spectraforce Technologies is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in Tampa, FL, on a 6-month hybrid assignment. You will support the TA service model, handling pre-employment activities, compliance, and candidate experience across the Americas. You will collaborate with TA teams, IT, and HR to ensure smooth processes, from screenings and I-9/E-Verify to onboarding and issue troubleshooting in Workday.
