Bilingual Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Location: Tampa and Clearwater, FL (Randstad Branch)

Role Overview

Randstad Tampa Bay is seeking a high-energy English/Spanish speaking Office Administrator to support our sales and delivery teams. You will serve as the "Director of First Impressions," ensuring seamless operations in a fast-paced staffing environment. **The position is for 1 day per week in Tampa and the other 4 days in Clearwater, FL. Initial 2 week training will be in Tampa.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Support: Manage all incoming calls and route inquiries to the sales team to ensure no lead goes unanswered.
• Front Office Reception: Greet walk-in visitors and applicants, providing guidance on the application process and maintaining a professional lobby environment. Assist Spanish speaking talent to be hired.
• Order Fulfillment: Assist the Delivery Coordinator in filling temporary and temp-to-hire orders by screening candidates and scheduling interviews.
• Administrative Tasks: Handle data entry, maintain talent files, and provide general clerical support to ensure branch efficiency.

Qualifications

• Assist Spanish speaking talent through onboarding
• Experience: Previous experience in office administration or customer service is preferred.
• Skills: Multitasking abilities, a professional demeanor, and proficiency in Google Office Suite.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a high-urgency environment and pivot between tasks as needed.
