If you're looking for your next opportunity, Imperial Brady is a great place to take that next step.The Customer Service Representative will interact with customers and sales representatives via phone call and email, process orders, and provide information in response to customers' inquiries. Employees are responsible for entering and processing customer orders efficiently and accurately. Team members will receive orders in a variety of formats (telephone, fax, email, data import) and enter and process those into our software system.The schedule for this position is on-site, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm.You will:Answer phones in a polite, professional, and courteous mannerUse data entry skills to accurately enter order information into computerContact Sales Reps to clarify order requestsReview previous order history to clarify ambiguity of order requestsVerify data by comparing it to source documentsPerform quality control and notify appropriate party if an order issue arisesGenerate Order AcknowledgmentsAddress potential problems in processingRe-distribute requests to different departmentsDevelop understanding of Imperial Brady products and commonly used acronymsMeet production and accuracy standardsOther duties as assignedYou have:High school diploma, GED, or equivalentCustomer service experienceProficiency in MS Office and familiarity with using other softwareData entry experienceExcellent communication skillsAn eager attitude to help othersWe offer a dynamic environment for our more than 13,000 employees to work, learn, and grow professionally.
