Account Executive
A fast-growing fintech and healthcare technology company modernizing how pharmacies manage payments, onboarding, and clinical care. Its platform streamlines pharmacy payments, data integrations, and patient engagement for hundreds of partners, including Fortune 500 organizations. Early-stage and scaling quickly, with significant opportunity to shape industry-defining products.
A full-cycle account executive role driving new revenue across independent pharmacies and strategic partners. You'll own the customer journey from prospecting through close, working closely with customer success, solutions architecture, and product to educate pharmacy decision-makers on modern payment and checkout solutions and help shape go-to-market strategy.
What you'll do:
- Own the full sales cycle — outbound prospecting and inbound qualification through negotiation and close — and consistently hit monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and manage pipeline in a CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce).
- Run discovery calls with pharmacy owners and operators, position the platform as mission-critical infrastructure, and deliver demos that articulate clear ROI.
- Partner with customer success on expansion, upsells, and retention; identify growth within existing accounts and strategic pharmacy groups.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, feeding insights to product and leadership and helping shape pricing, packaging, and GTM motions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and/or 4–6+ years of sales experience, ideally in SaaS, fintech, healthcare, or pharmacy-adjacent industries.
- Prior experience selling payment or fintech products to businesses processing $30M–$100M in annual total processing volume (TPV) strongly preferred.
- Proven record of closing deals and exceeding quota.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to convey value to non-technical buyers.
