Responsibilities: The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for creating a friendly, clean, and safe atmosphere where our customers and donors feel welcome and comfortable. Responsibilities include: Operate cash register accurately and efficiently. Answer and respond to telephone customers in professional manner. Support donors with their donations: Transfer merchandise from donor vehicle to building and offers tax receipts to every donor. Keeps inside and outside of donation center organized and clean. Assist in stocking sales floor, stock rotation, displays and organization of merchandise. Actively participate and support raising funds for the AbleLight charity through “round ups” at the register and other events initiated by AbleLight. *This list does not contain all responsibilities of a Retail Sales Associate.
