Key Responsibilities:

• Operate specialized machinery and equipment following established procedures and work instructions.

• Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and job orders to accurately assemble catheter components.

• Ensure all work complies with company quality standards, GMP, and regulatory requirements.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, handling small, delicate parts in a clean room environment.

• Adhere to safety protocols and personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• At least 1 year of assembly experience, preferably in medical device manufacturing.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to multi-task and work with small, fragile parts.

• Strong communication skills in English—reading, writing, and speaking.

• Reliable transportation and a commitment to excellent attendance.

• Positive attitude, eager to learn, and flexible to work across multiple areas within the department.

• 3rd Shift: Monday–Friday, 10:00 PM – 6:20 AM

• Training Shift: 2nd Shift, 3:00 PM – 11:20 PM (for two weeks)

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
