Job Overview A law firm seeks an Attorney for a full-time, on-site position in Los Angeles, CA. The role involves managing a caseload of labor and employment matters, providing client counseling, and representing clients in various legal proceedings. Duties Handle labor and employment caseloads, including client counseling and legal representation. Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents. Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies. Participate in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings. Collaborate with colleagues on complex employment disputes. Engage in case evaluations, settlement discussions, and trial preparation. Requirements Active membership in the California Bar, in good standing. 1 to 2 years of litigation experience in California civil litigation. Strong commitment to client service and professionalism. Excellent written and oral advocacy skills. Proficiency in legal research and analysis. Experience in employment litigation or employee rights advocacy preferred. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications California Bar membership. Skills Strong legal research and analytical skills.
