Job Title: Clinical Research Nurse (CRN) - Lymphoma Oncology

Work Location: New Haven, CT

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Clinical Research Nurse (CRN) specializing in Lymphoma Oncology. In this role, you will manage clinical trials for patients with lymphoma, coordinate trial protocols, ensure patient safety, and collect high-quality research data. You will act as a vital bridge connecting lymphoma patients, oncology physicians, and clinical trial sponsors to advance cutting-edge cancer therapies.

Responsibilities / Job Duties:

• Patient Management: Screen, recruit, enroll, and educate patients on lymphoma clinical trials.
  
• Trial Coordination: Schedule research visits, diagnostic tests, and protocol-specific laboratory testing.
  
• Clinical Care: Administer investigational products and monitor patients for adverse events (AEs).
  
• Data Integrity: Document research data accurately in Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems and maintain proficiency across Electronic Health Records (EHR).
  
• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain regulatory binders and adhere strictly to FDA, ICH-GCP, and Institutional Review Board (IRB) guidelines.
  
• Collaboration: Partner with principal investigators, pharmaceutical sponsors, and the multidisciplinary hematology-oncology care team.
  

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and data management systems.
  
• Preferred: BSN degree, minimum 2 years of oncology/hematology or clinical research nursing experience, and CCRC or OCN certification.
  

Schedule / Shift: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (On-site)
