Azenta

Azenta Life Sciences seeks an Accountant to support financial reporting, audits, and compliance activities for a global life sciences organization. The role involves preparing accurate monthly results, collaborating with external auditors, and driving process improvements within the finance team.

Responsibilities

Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and consolidated financial results
Participate in annual audits and quarterly reviews with external auditors
Support standardization and streamlining of recurring finance processes
Establish and maintain financial controls and procedures per Sarbanes Oxley compliance
Provide disclosure support for financial reporting and drive continuous process improvement

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting plus 3+ years professional experience
Previous finance experience in life sciences, manufacturing, or public accounting
Technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and SEC accounting rules
CPA or CA designation preferred
ERP experience preferred; OneStream experience a plus
Authorized to work in United States without visa sponsorship
Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to detail

Compensation: $96,000-$115,000 base
