Graphics Designer

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to support the development and execution of creative materials across a variety of marketing channels. This position will play an important role in translating marketing objectives into engaging visual content while maintaining a consistent and professional brand identity. The ideal candidate is both a creative thinker and strong production designer who enjoys collaborating with marketing, sales, operations, and leadership. This individual should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities, and taking projects from initial concept through final production. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute creative concepts and marketing materials that maintain consistency across brand messaging, typography, color, imagery, and overall visual identity. Design a wide range of print and digital marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, promotional collateral, signage, advertisements, direct mail, email graphics, digital ads, social media content, presentation materials, event collateral, campaign assets, maps/graphics, and promotional items. Partner with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and leadership to develop creative materials supporting promotions, events, campaigns, new initiatives, product/service launches, and other business needs. Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across print, digital, social media, email, web, and other advertising channels. Translate marketing objectives and business needs into creative visual concepts designed to increase engagement, strengthen brand awareness, and support lead-generation efforts. Prepare accurate, production-ready artwork and coordinate with outside vendors, printers, photographers, and other creative partners to ensure quality and consistency of final deliverables. Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, effectively prioritizing assignments and meeting deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Assist with company events, promotional initiatives, and special marketing projects, including the development of supporting creative materials. Support photography coordination, image selection, and organization of creative assets. Maintain organized digital files and asset libraries to ensure marketing materials are easily accessible and current. Stay informed on design trends, consumer preferences, marketing strategies, and emerging creative technologies to identify opportunities to enhance creative output. Perform additional creative and marketing projects as needed. Qualifications & Skills Strong graphic design and visual communication skills with the ability to develop creative concepts from initial idea through final execution. Experience designing for both print and digital platforms. Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, composition, and visual consistency. Ability to prepare artwork for professional print and digital production. Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing polished, high-quality work. Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments and with outside vendors. Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business objectives into effective visual communications. Comfortable adapting to changing priorities and evolving project needs.
