Accounts Payable Specialist

Turn your accounting skills into a career you'll love. Do you enjoy solving puzzles, catching the little details others miss, and keeping things organized? We're looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team! In this role, you'll help keep our financial operations running smoothly by working with vendors, processing invoices, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring payments are made accurately and on time.

What you'll do:

  • Process and manage supplier invoices
  • Match invoices to purchase orders
  • Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies
  • Communicate with vendors and internal teams
  • Reconcile accounts and generate reports
  • Help improve processes and efficiency

What we're looking for:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and data entry
  • Understanding of invoicing and payment processes
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality

Shift, Pay & Benefits:

  • 1st Shift
  • Starting Wage: $22-$24 per hour
