Will help develop markets, mostly middle market but some HNW, and assist with complex clients. They are looking for someone who has revamped policies and procedures, understands workflow, and can make this team more efficient. The team consists of four account managers; all the account managers market their own books and work with numerous producers.Must have a minimum of 7–10 years working for an independent insurance agency and 2–3 years of experience in a leadership role within the personal lines department of an agency. Epic experience is required.Pay is competitive.
