Job Description Park 6 Logistic is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Assistant to join our growing team in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you will provide outstanding customer assistance, help resolve inquiries efficiently, and support daily administrative and operational activities. Responsibilities Provide professional and friendly assistance to customers via phone, email, and in person. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding company services. Maintain and update customer records with accuracy and attention to detail. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer requests. Assist with scheduling, documentation, and general administrative tasks. Monitor customer concerns and escalate complex issues when appropriate. Maintain a positive customer experience while meeting company service standards. Support the team with additional operational duties as needed.
