Prepare and maintain financial reports and statements, ensure accuracy in journal entries and classifications, and support various special projects—all while coordinating accounting functions across departments using current technologies and systems. Prepare timely and accurate monthly financial statements in line with organizational standards Reconcile and analyze balance sheet accounts, including compiling all necessary schedules and documentation Execute special projects including: Support for annual budget preparation Deliverables for internal and external audits Ledger maintenance and other reporting duties Leverage accounting systems and software to input, retrieve, and manage financial data Perform additional duties as assigned What Sets BRG Apart: At Baton Rouge General, we are a community of compassionate, caring individuals who set the bar when it comes to healthcare excellence.
