About the Job

Maintains the physical facilities of the company in good condition through the fulfillment of the following responsibilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs repairs and corrective maintenance of all facilities for different companies as required.
• Carries out a maintenance itinerary of the facilities including but not limited to painting, changing lights, cleaning, and repairing air conditioning units, and other tasks.
• Serves as a liaison with service providers for the maintenance of the facilities and ensures that they meet the required service.
• Responds to emergency calls made by the Facilities Manager or high-level management staff.
• Conducts routine inspections of the facilities to ensure they are in optimal condition.
• Prepares meeting and conference rooms with the necessary chairs, tables, and materials for coordinated activities.
• Complies with standard operating procedures (SOP) and ensures that processes are carried out as planned.
• Provides support in special tasks and/or projects as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:

High School Diploma. No experience required for the performance of the functions described above.

Licenses and/or Certifications:

No licenses and/or certifications required to perform the functions described above. However, additional licenses or certifications related to the position may be required for optimal performance.

Language:

Ability to read, write, and speak in Spanish.
