About the Job
Maintains the physical facilities of the company in good condition through the fulfillment of the following responsibilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs repairs and corrective maintenance of all facilities for different companies as required.
- Carries out a maintenance itinerary of the facilities including but not limited to painting, changing lights, cleaning, and repairing air conditioning units, and other tasks.
- Serves as a liaison with service providers for the maintenance of the facilities and ensures that they meet the required service.
- Responds to emergency calls made by the Facilities Manager or high-level management staff.
- Conducts routine inspections of the facilities to ensure they are in optimal condition.
- Prepares meeting and conference rooms with the necessary chairs, tables, and materials for coordinated activities.
- Complies with standard operating procedures (SOP) and ensures that processes are carried out as planned.
- Provides support in special tasks and/or projects as assigned.
Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma. No experience required for the performance of the functions described above.
Licenses and/or Certifications:
No licenses and/or certifications required to perform the functions described above. However, additional licenses or certifications related to the position may be required for optimal performance.
Language:
Ability to read, write, and speak in Spanish.

The physical demands described below are those that must be met by the employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
Dynamic work that requires physical effort. Additionally, it requires basic communication skills, the ability to speak and listen, use of extremities, ability to move, eye-hand coordination, and may carry objects up to 50 pounds. Near and far visual acuity.
