¿Cómo es un día típico como Trabajador de Mantenimiento (Doc Order)?

• Realizar tareas de mantenimiento y reparación de instalaciones y sistemas, garantizando el cumplimiento de los estándares de salud y seguridad
• Operar y mantener equipos como sistemas de filtración de agua, generadores eléctricos, unidades de aire acondicionado y compresores de aire
• Contactar al personal adecuado o contratistas para resolver problemas de equipos e instalaciones
• Mantener áreas exteriores, incluyendo tareas de jardinería utilizando cortacéspedes, recortadoras y otros equipos
• Diagnosticar y corregir malfuncionamientos de equipos o sistemas mediante inspección y resolución de problemas
• Participar en proyectos de construcción, pintura, reparaciones de plomería e instalaciones para mejoras en las instalaciones
• Operar maquinaria pesada como Digger, Aerial Lift, Scissor Lift y RTV
• Mantener o reemplazar baldosas de piso, pisos epóxicos, paneles de yeso, alfombras y baldosas en el edificio

Este puesto puede ser ideal para ti si:

• Tienes diploma de escuela secundaria
• Posees licencia válida para operar maquinaria pesada: Digger, Aerial Lift, Scissor Lift
• Tienes experiencia como handyman en carpintería y construcción
• Puedes y estás dispuesto a agilizar la obtención de una licencia de conducir si se solicita (requisito para el empleo)
• Te sientes cómodo con responsabilidades de conducción frecuente
• Puedes usar equipo de protección personal (PPE) según sea necesario
• Estás disponible para trabajar en todos los turnos, fines de semana y días festivos
