LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Customer Care Specialist II for an exciting opportunity with a growing organization. As part of the customer support team, you'll assist rental car customers with questions related to toll road charges and traffic violations. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy helping others, troubleshooting issues, and delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming customer inquiries by phone and email regarding toll-related charges and traffic citations.
• Review customer accounts and provide detailed information regarding balances, payments, and account activity.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while working to resolve issues accurately and efficiently.
• Utilize several computer applications simultaneously to access information and document interactions.
• Participate in training and development programs to gain expertise in company policies, services, and procedures.
• Consistently achieve established expectations for customer satisfaction, productivity, quality, attendance, and schedule adherence.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in customer service, contact center, or call center environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-moving setting.
• Positive, customer-first mindset with a passion for providing helpful solutions.

Pre-Employment Requirements

Candidates selected for employment must successfully complete:

• Background screening
• Federal drug screening (THC is disqualifying)
• Verification of employment history covering the previous 7 years
• Verification of High School Diploma or GED

Position Information

• Projected Start Date: August 2026 (final date contingent upon onboarding clearance)
• Location: Mesa, AZ 85210
• Work Arrangement: Currently remote; employees may be required to work onsite in the future based on business needs
• Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
• Expected Conversion Timeline: Approximately 9 months, dependent upon business requirements
• Base Pay: $21.00 per hour
• Bilingual Compensation: $22.00 per hour after 2 months of employment and successful completion of a bilingual proficiency assessment
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM Arizona Time
• Daylight Saving Schedule: Hours adjust to 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM during Daylight Saving Time
