Shift Leader

Overview Einstein Bros. Bagels is looking for a Shift Leader to help motivate the team, deliver an excellent customer experience, and manage store operations. The role involves opening and closing the store, coaching team members, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and collaborating with the General Manager. Responsibilities Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. Open and close the store with little or no supervision. Provide feedback and coach team members as needed. Maintain the quality of food and beverages served. Ensure a safe, clean store environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Must be 18 years or older. Flexible to work varied hours and days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3 am) and weekends. Must pass a background check. Must obtain or possess a ServSafe Certification prior to completing leadership training. Preferred: current, valid, state-issued driver's license and ability to meet driving qualifications as required. Benefits Flexible schedule. Paid time off after 90 days of employment.
