What You'll Do

Provide high-quality emergency care to diverse patient populations
Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
Utilize critical thinking for rapid decision-making in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Document patient care accurately using electronic health records
Manage patient and family communications effectively
Maintain compliance with all safety, health, and legal standards

What You Need

Required:

Valid RN license in Louisiana
Minimum 2 years ER experience
BLS, CPI, ACLS, PALS certifications
Proficiency in electronic medical records and communication skills

Preferred:

Additional clinical specialty certifications
