Job Description Minimum 1+ years pharmacy experience required. Our client in Horsham, PA is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Pharmacy Operations for their infusion pharmacy. This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead a dedicated team in a specialized environment focused on IVIg dispensing and mixing. The site operates Monday through Friday, providing a balanced work schedule with no weekends required. Location: Horsham, PA (Approximately 30 miles north of Philadelphia) Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the infusion pharmacy, ensuring efficient and accurate dispensing and mixing of IVIg. Manage and mentor a team of 8 employees, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Implement and maintain pharmacy policies and procedures to comply with regulatory standards. Utilize CPR+ software for operational tasks and reporting. Ensure compliance with both Pennsylvania and West Virginia licensing requirements. Qualifications Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in home infusion pharmacy. At least 3 years of prior management experience, with a strong preference for those with infusion management experience. Valid pharmacy licenses in both Pennsylvania and West Virginia (dual licensure required due to delivery operations into West Virginia). Site Details Environment: Small, specialized infusion pharmacy.
