Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Engineer to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales process of our product portfolio. This position demands strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Materials, Quality, Metrology, or Mechanical engineering preferred. High levels of relevant instrumentation experience will also be considered. Proven experience in B2B selling, preferably in a technical or industrial environment. Strong experience in Sales, proven attendance in training courses like Sandler, Miller Heiman and others. Strong focus on Sales processes. 3-5 years of experience with analytic instrumentation, preferably with XRF or SEM. 3-5 years of experience in capital equipment sales. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and generate reports. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric attitude. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics). Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to travel up to 50%, including overnights. Authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship. Benefits Competitive salary and bonus structure. Health, dental, and 401(k). Requirements Directly sell to customers in Fischer Technology’s in Dallas, Texas and region. Meet with customers, promote Fischer Technology’s product portfolio. Prepare and present sales quotations, proposals, and product demonstrations to clients. Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, including tracking sales activities and managing sales orders. Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support regarding product specifications and applications. Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
