Manage a high volume of cases from start to finish, including initial client intake, drafting pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation. Conduct extensive legal research and fact-checking to assist attorneys in case preparation. Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paralegal in litigation or a related field. Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Law, or a related field. Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw or LexisNexis. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal case management software. Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
