Restaurant General Manager

Hospitality Management Group in the Midwest seeks an experienced General Manager to lead its Food & Beverage Teams across multiple operations. Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day Food & Beverage operations Coordinate necessary orders Check freshness and quality of all Food & Beverage products Assist in the development of menu items Standardize service and plate presentations Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests Qualifications: 3 - 5 years of experience as a General Manager with a Casual or Upscale Casual Brand Five to ten years of proven success in a leadership role in a similar environment Bachelor's Degree in hospitality-related majors or Business Administration is preferred.
