Position Summary:

Plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall physical plant operations of the campus/buildings for maintenance and grounds in accordance with current environmental, governmental, federal, state, and local standards, agencies, guidelines, and regulations governing our facilities.

Essential Functions:

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate and direct campus maintenance and grounds operations
• Develop and maintain written policies and procedures for buildings, grounds, and maintenance. Also assist the staff in the development and use of departmental policies, procedures, equipment, supplies, etc.
• Maintenance preventative maintenance program.
• Other functions as assigned

Qualifications

A minimum of five years of management experience in an industrial setting, healthcare facility, or other large-scale operation is required.
