About the Role

This role is not traditional; it demands a builder who can operate autonomously, influence product direction, and deliver scalable acquisition strategies embedded into the product experience. The Director will work closely with leadership and a high-performing team, leading the experimentation strategy to unlock new growth opportunities and contributing to the long-term growth strategy and team development. Applicants for the Director of Product Growth position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in product growth or consumer product roles within high-growth environments. A strong background in driving user acquisition and engagement through product initiatives is essential, as is an analytical mindset with experience in experimentation, metrics, and performance tracking. The role requires the ability to move quickly from idea to execution, strong ownership, and comfort in working cross-functionally with engineering and design teams. Experience in fast-moving, ambiguous environments, particularly in startup or scaling companies, is a must. The ideal candidate will have a background in user-driven growth or embedded product growth features, and familiarity with modern tooling, including AI-assisted workflows.
