In this role you will play a vital role in optimizing our business processes by providing administrative and technical support for our Salesforce ecosystem. This role is a critical liaison between our technical teams and end-users, ensuring that our Salesforce platform is leveraged to its full potential to meet company goals.The ideal candidate is a hands-on and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and a proactive mindset.COME ON BOARD THE GOGO ENTERPRISE SYSTEMS TEAM!## **How will you make a difference?*** Act as the primary point of contact for end-users, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting to resolve day-to-day technical and useability issues* Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, document, scope, and implement improvements that align Salesforce with company goals* Manage and develop reports, dashboards, and other data visualization tools* Partner with architects and developers to test and validate new functionality before deployment, including participation in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)* Assist in the training of new users and help grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization* Help develop and maintain training materials, user guides, and best-practice documentation* Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, roles, profiles, permission sets, and system maintenance* Perform routine internal system audits and help prepare for system upgrades* Create and customize objects, fields, formula fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and approval processes to improve user experience and productivity## **Qualifications*** Bachelor's Degree in **Computer Science**, **Information** **Technology**, a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience* 3-5+ years of hands-on experience as a **Salesforce Administrator*** **Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator is strongly preferred****Required Skills, Talents, & Experience*** Strong analytical mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems, and execute scalable solutions* Experience with data management, including data imports/exports, data quality, and data migration* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams**Preferred Skills*** Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator II* Familiarity and experience with third-party application integrations* Experience in developing training materials and conducting user training sessions* Exposure to working in Agile delivery environments**Equal Pay Disclosure(s)****Base Pay**:76,000.00 - 95,000.00 USD Annual**Target Annual Short-Term Incentive**:Bonus Plan at 5% (% of Annualized Base Pay)**Eligible for Incentive Stock Program**:Yes**Benefits**:Gogo offers competitive benefits including medical, dental and vision coverage with plans that can fit each employee’s needs.
