Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at the Center for Family Guidance, you will undertake a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Developing individualized treatment plans using solution-focused and evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team to provide coordinated care, ensuring clients receive holistic support.

• Participating in regular case consultations and peer reviews to enhance treatment quality and share insights with colleagues.

• Providing education and resources to clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and available community support.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
